It had very central location close to Artus Court. And the area was great, adjacent to Gdansk has to offer and the long market, so called ' dlugi targ '. Fruit and bangers for breakfast where much appreciated.

The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making the mornings enjoyable. However, the trash collection at 4 am made for an unpleasant wake-up experience.

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was gorgeous and wonderful, it had fab location so close to the beautiful Old Town, the Old City, and the main square. The breakfast was above average and varied, the check in was fast.

Check in was super efficient. Room was fabulously comfortable, plush and modern. Hotel location could not have been any better. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Experience has made us sure that we will book with Radison Blu again. Food was fab.

Excellent location in Gdansk Old Town. Buffet breakfast quite good. Hotel well maintained and rooms are spotless.
Steam bath was out of order and the sauna was heated to 90c, which even for a Finn was goo much. Several screw-ups in the reception and other guest's belonging was delivered to our room.

My friend and I stayed at the Radisson Blu as we were attending a music festival in Gydnia. Our favourite experience was being able to relax in the Spa area, although on our first visit the steam room wasn't working, but this was soon rectified. The hotel staff were, on the whole very helpful and were always happy to help if asked. We were surprised with actually how quiet the hotel was, in particular when we visited the restaurant for an evening meal. There were also a lot of business types in the hotel.
The only think we didn't expect was the age range of clients in the hotel, and were expecting, from reviews we had read, that there would be some younger people for us to meet.

The wireless broadband was not good enough. I required access for work which is essential. The signal in a business class room was poor. If I am to stay in Radisson hotels on business then the wireless is essential. Thanks

We were able to benefit from a special offer to upgrade and stayed in room 555 - a really fabulous room with a terrace
Breakfast staff not very aware of our presence at the table. It took some time to find someone to bring us coffee.
